Operations Training has gone global! Given our new worldwide organizational structure, Operations Training is excited to welcome additional participants from all over the globe. In the past year, we were pleased to include participants from Mexico, Brazil, India, China, and Scotland. All participants have benefited from this increase in diversity.

The Operations Division continues to face many challenges: serving multiple customers, implementing new technologies, executing in a lean environment, and ensuring the quality of our products. These challenges require us to effectively allocate our limited resources. Success in this environment requires powerful people to drive results.

Operations Training has refined its core curriculum to support the ETHICON Global Operations Strategic Plan. I encourage you to explore the development opportunities available from Operations Training. Please forward this information on to individuals who may benefit within your organization.
